WORLD PREMIERE! Following the genre-defying success of their first dancical in 2024 — which garnered rave reviews, three Gregory Awards nominations, and a Broadway World Seattle Awards nomination for Best Dance Production — Dare to Dance Seattle returns with another groundbreaking new play.

What if everything you thought you knew about your childhood was wrong? Helix needs to return to their childhood home and sort through their late mother’s belongings, right when their dance team is gearing up for a major competition. Torn between the past and the present, Helix embarks on an emotional journey of discovery, healing, and unexpected romance. Watch this intimate story unfold over powerful dance numbers set to a mix of classical pieces and pop hits.
