The Rainier Room, comfortably fits 12

Spaces may be rented individually or as a full-venue buyout depending on your event needs.

Base hourly venue rates currently begin at:

Upstairs Main Hall: $180/hour
Downstairs Theatre: $200/hour
Full Venue Buyout: $375/hour
Rehearsal spaces: starting at $20/hr

How the Rental Process Works

Secure Your Date
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the space.
Finalize Details
The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.
Host Your Event
After your event, any additional usage or overages are invoiced and payable within 15 days.
